Shipping policy

It is our mission to provide the best customer service possible and this includes convenient shipping right to your door! At this time we are happy to offer shipping included in the price to the lower 48 States in the US. We, unfortunately, cannot ship outside of the country.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place your order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation with all of your order details. If you don't see this email within a few hours of your order, please check the SPAM folder. If you still don't see anything, contact us!

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

SHIPPING

We ship our products using UPS Ground Shipping or a UPS/USPS Hybrid Shipment method. Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping generally takes from 1-7 business days, depending on your location (in most cases, between 2-5 days).

Please make sure to provide a shipping address that is able to safely receive your order. We only have control of packages when they are in route to the location you provide. Once they are delivered, they are the responsibility of the customer.

BULK MULCH
